Russia may not be eligible for the Winter Olympics this February because of doping. The World Anti-Doping Agency says Russia is still "non-compliant" with its code. The agency met in Seoul, South Korea Thursday and approved the non-compliant recommendation. Russia's anti-doping agency was suspended in 2015 when evidence was found of state-sponsored doping.
Countries must be compliant with the anti-doping code to eligible for the Olympics. The International Olympic Committee will decide on Russia's participation in the games at its December meeting.
